Coins.game review: What Reddit actually thinks + bonuses

Here’s my comprehensive review for Coins.game.

My verdict

My comprehensive analysis of Coins.game leads to a definitive a Trust Score of 10.0 (Avoid) rating. The Trust Score would have been 24.5 (Risky), but both of my analysis overrides were activated, which was due to sentiment being over 75% negative on 7 and 30 days timeframe.

There are still reports, that for low-rollers, everything (like withdrawals) can work fine. But when I summarize all of my findings, risks are simply too high for the average player for me to recommend Coins.game.

Here’s how Coins.game looks like in 2026.

The transition from a community-active crypto casino to one that has abandoned its primary forums (while implementing aggressive KYC protocols) suggests a shift toward predatory practices and selective stalling. The customer support failed to provide even the basic bonus information in my tests.

For high rollers, the combination of a strict VPN ban and KYC related locks or delays up to 15 days, makes this a high-risk gamble even before a single bet is placed. Unless there is a massive overhaul in transparency and support quality, funds are safer elsewhere.

Pros

  • Massive Game Library: Over 4000 titles from top-tier providers like Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming.
  • Originals: Access to 12+ provably fair games (such as Crash and Plinko) through Jetgames.

Cons

  • Critical rating: A final Trust Score of 10/100 following severe 7-day and 30-day sentiment overrides.
  • Withdrawal friction: Frequent reports of “KYC traps” after withdrawal requests, where accounts are blocked immediately following a win.
  • Weak licensing: Operating under an Anjouan license provides almost zero regulatory recourse for players.
  • Inadequate support: Customer service agents have demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding wagering and deposit limits.
  • Stalling tactics: A 15-business-day “monitoring” clause allows the platform to freeze funds far longer than the industry standard.
  • Low payout caps: A strict 10 000 € monthly withdrawal limit is restrictive for winning players and high rollers.

Casino overview & history

Coins.game entered the cryptocurrency gambling market in late 2022, positioning itself as a hybrid platform that combines a high-volume online casino with an integrated sportsbook. Operated by Royal Way Limited and licensed in the jurisdiction of Anjouan, the platform was built to cater to crypto-native players. In the beginning, Coins.game was active in Bitcointalk.org (to please the crypto-native people), but later after 2024 has abandoned the forum and thread for good.

As the platform matured into 2025 and 2026, the operational focus shifted significantly toward stricter verification protocols. This period in its history has been defined by a move away from its initial anonymous appeal toward a more rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) framework, which has become a central and often discussed aspect of the current user experience.

The direction for Coins.game in 2026 remains unclear. As my research reveals, the online presence is small and quite negative, customer support is inferior and withdrawals have problems. Let’s hope the best, but I wouldn’t bet too much on this coinhorse.

Trust score

After my AI-powered analysis, Coins.game gets a preliminary Trust Score of 24.5 (Risky).

But, both 7-day and 30-day overrides were triggered, which takes the Trust Score straight to 10.0 (Avoid).

This means that for both timeframes, the player sentiment online was more than 75% negative. Generally, this override tells us there is a rug pull scam, withdrawal issues or other things affecting the player sentiment going on. And this seems to be the case with Coins.game as the sentiment is exceptionally negative. I will examine the reasons later in Reddit sentiment chapter.

The analysis period was 24 months, from March 2024 to March 2026. The AI search crawled mostly Reddit and also forums like Bitcointalk.

The review volume was low-medium with 33 valid comments, of which only 5 are positive and 28 negative.

Tons of comments (206) were discarded, because they contained referral keywords, Telegram/WhatsApp links, or were short (with no real content) or just being bot-like.

Coins.game – Comment data

  • Valid positive comments (P): 5 (15.1%)
  • Valid negative comments (N): 28 (84.9%)
  • Total valid comments (T): 33 (100.0%)
  • Comments discarded: 206

As a result, the below is the calculation of the Trust Score.

Coins.game – Trust Score

Trust Score formula:

100P+8T+20100\cdot\frac{P+8}{T+20}

Trust Score calculation:

1005+828+20=24.5(Risky)100\cdot\frac{5+8}{28+20} = 24.5 \:\text{(Risky)}

So here’s how my almost doctorate level formula outputs the Trust Score of 24.5 (Risky). And like I said above, the Overrides were triggered, which takes the Trust Score for Coins.game straight to 10.0 (Avoid).

The full Trust Score scale can be seen below, and you can see where Coins.game sits on overall. Why the rating scale is so strict? Read more about my review methodology here.

✍️ Trust Score Scale Explained

My algorithm analyzes thousands of Reddit comments, and the Trust Score is calculated from the data. The grading is strict — most casinos fail. A score above 50 is exceptional.

65 – 100 Trusted
50 – 64 Good
35 – 49 Average
20 – 34 Risky
0 – 19 Avoid

Reddit sentiment

I always do a manual check of Reddit sentiment to confirm if my AI crawl results are legit. Let’s dig deeper what is going on with Coins.game not-so-good reputation.

To be honest, I struggled to find any real and legit comments about Coins.game on Reddit. Either, it’s not a popular casino at all, or I just couldn’t find any threads. I will be updating this chapter right away if I do!

The reason might be, that Reddit is full of threads about some other entity called Coin Game or Coins game (with no dot). This is a branding mistake from Coins.game, because it’s hard entity to search. Or, this is intentional that their brand wants to get mixed to other entities online, I don’t know.

As a result, I looked more into Coins.game Bitcointalk.org thread this time. The thread was founded in September 2023 probably by a casino representative, but any Coins.game staff hasn’t been active in the thread for over a year according to Bitcoiners. High-ranking members are wondering why Coins.game spent heavily on a marketing on Bitcointalk, only to completely abandon the thread and ignore community questions and player problems.

Problems with account blockage. Link to full Bitcointalk.org thread.

Also these topics were discussed:

KYC & confiscation claims: Several users report that their accounts were banned or funds confiscated immediately upon triggering a withdrawal that required KYC verification.

Scam accusations: Inside the whole 40-page thread, there is a lot of talk about scam accusations. While there is not any major proof for that, there are many experiences of account and withdrawal freezes due to KYC policies or VPN usage accusations (which is not allowed in the site). Some argue that 60% to 99% of these complaints come from abusers who violated terms of service (like using VPNs or arbitrage betting), while others believe the casino is intentionally using its Terms of Service as a trap.

Coins.game comments on Bitcointalk.org.
Some talk about KYC/confiscation problems with Bitcointalk user. Link to the Bitcointalk.org comment.

Feature updates: There is scattered chatter about changes to the platform, such as the introduction of a chat “money pool,” new $500 wagering requirements for the daily wheel, and UI glitches.

Due to low comment volume on Reddit, I decided to check Trustpilot for Coins.game. Usually I don’t like to keep Trustpilot as a source, as it’s so easy to fake comments and reputation there. But on this case, the Coins.game reputation on Trustpilot is also really low (2.4 Poor) with majority of people rating them only 1-star.

A conclusion for Coins.game low online reputation seems to be this. The Bitcointalk thread reveals a community that has lost faith in the brand due to a total lack of transparency rather than universally confirmed malicious theft. The sentiment is characterized by proceed with caution warnings, with members advising against keeping large balances on the site due to the silent support team.

Still, it is worth noting that Bitcointalk opinions comes mostly from highly skeptical perspective of forum veterans rather than the casual player base.

But, in my opinion, I would trust these guys a lot more than a random low quality comment on Reddit (Don’t get me wrong, I highly trust Redditors, but the comment volume has to be bigger than in the case for Coins.game).

Getting all things together, I think there are better options if you want to find a casino with a good online reputation. See the best ranked casinos here from the home page.

Coins.game hosts games from over 50 distinct software providers.

Game providers on Coins.game casino

Major giants

Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, Microgaming, Betsoft, NoLimit City, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Spinomenal.

Boutique & crypto-focused

BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Thunderkick, 1Spin4Win, Platipus, Spribe, Endorphina, GameArt, Belatra.

Live dealer specialists

Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, Lucky Streak.

Others

Amatic, Wazdan, Booming Games, Mascot Gaming, Fugaso, Habanero, Evoplay, Mancala Gaming, Quickspin, Iron Dog Studio.

RTP transparency

For major third-party slots (NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, etc.), the RTP is typically found within the game’s internal Info or Help menus. However, players should be aware that some providers offer variable RTP ranges, and Coins.game does not always explicitly state which version is active on the thumbnail.

Originals Transparency: The house edge for so called Originals games is usually smaller (like 1%) and should be shown on the titles or at least in the game screen. But, on Coins.game “originals” (that are made by Jetgames) I couldn’t find the RTP anywhere.

Provably fair games

Coins.game “originals” (made by Jetgames) are provably fair.

Withdrawals

In addition to my Trust Score, I analyzed the Reddit and forum sentiment for withdrawals. The sentiment for Coins.game withdrawals online is exceptionally negative compared to other casinos.

Successful withdrawals: ~35%. These are predominantly reported by low-stakes players or those who have not utilized significant bonuses.

Problematic/blocked withdrawals: ~65%. The majority of recent organic feedback highlights issues where withdrawals are halted by sudden KYC requirements or account closures immediately following a win.

Here’s the analysis for withdrawal speed. Small payouts (<$100) are often processed within 1–6 hours. Large payouts (>$500) however are frequently delayed or stuck in Under Review for 7–15 days. Calculated overall average is 8.5 days, heavily skewed by long verification delays.

In my personal tests, I my (smaller) withdrawals were processed in under 30 minutes, but I would put more emphasis on general online sentiment. My tests are always just few withdrawals, with smaller amounts. As I can’t pretend to be a high roller for 10+ casinos and test all of them with tens of withdrawals (and I suspect any other review site can’t do this either).

Support, KYC & safety

In this chapter is about dry but important things.

Customer support

Coins.game offers support primarily through a dedicated email address (support@coins.game) and a moderated live chat facility.

According to the terms, the live chat is intended for recreational and socializing purposes, whatever that means, lol!

A significant clause in the T&C states that management’s decision is final and not open to review or appeal regarding any dispute resolution, which places a high level of authority in the hands of the casino.

I also did a customer support test for Coins.game. I couldn’t find the maximum amount for the deposit bonuses, and I also wanted to confirm the wagering requirement, as it was 35x something in one page and 20x something in another page.

Here’s the whole story as images.

Coins.game customer support test
#1 First the agent confirmed that the wagering requirement for bonuses would be 20x. This was weird as the bonus terms claimed 35x in one page.
Coins.game customer support test
#2 Then the agent asked confirmation to take a screen shot of the bonus page, which I did.
Coins.game customer support test
#3 Then my screenshot wasn’t ok and I sent the same page again.
Coins.game customer support test
#4 This time the agent told me that there would be no maximum deposit limit at all (which is not true). Also, the wagering requirement was changed to 35x (which seems to be true).
Coins.game customer support test
I wanted to confirm if the bonus really has NO MAXIMUM LIMIT AT ALL? Turned out, the maximum limit is $500 for the deposit to get the max bonus. This limit is not mentioned anywhere.

To wrap up my customer support test, it doesn’t build any trust for Coins.game.

Ok, this customer support query could be just an exception and other times things would run more smoothly. But, my take is this: Inadequate customer support always tells about something. If the agents can’t make simple details (but very important for the player!) like max deposit amount or bonus wagering right, can they solve more difficult KYC cases well?

So, this customer support test failed in my opinion. Let’s hope they can do better next time.

KYC policy & Terms scan

I read through the Coins.game terms & conditions and here are the most important findings.

VPN Usage: The policy regarding VPNs is exceptionally strict and constitutes a major Red Flag. According to terms, “Using a VPN, proxy, or similar masking service to manipulate or hide your real location is classified as fraudulent activity.”

If caught using a VPN, the casino reserves the right to block the account and forfeit all account balances without prior notification. So, I recommend not to use a VPN at all, if possible.

KYC and Anonymity: While the casino may allow initial gameplay, it is not an anonymous platform. KYC documentation is required for:

  • First-time withdrawals: You must provide a personal ID, proof of address, bank statement, and pictures of both sides of your credit card (if used).
  • Suspicious transactions: The casino reserves the right to request KYC at any time.

Licensing & Company transparency

Operator: The platform is operated by Royal Way Limited, with a commercial register of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (No. 15820).

License: The casino claims a license from the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. It is important to note a jurisdictional split in the terms: early sections mention the governing law of Costa Rica for dispute resolution, while later sections (14.5) state the terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan. This inconsistency can complicate legal recourse for players.

In the footer of Coins.game website, the license is from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros and operated under License no. ALSI-202410033-FI2.

Security & Fairness

Website security: Uses industry-standard SSL for the website traffic encrypting.

Account Security: The casino offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Users are held solely responsible for any account abuse that occurs due to the disclosure of login details to third parties.

Fairness: Section 11.3 states that “in the event of a casino system malfunction, all wagers are void.” This is a standard but player-unfriendly clause that allows the casino to cancel winnings if a technical glitch is claimed.

Solvency & Trust: The casino has strict withdrawal limits that suggest a conservative approach to liquidity:

  • Wagering requirement: Deposits must be wagered at least 1x before any withdrawal is permitted to prevent money laundering, which is a standard procedure.
  • Monthly limit: Maximum of 10 000 € (or equivalent) in any 30-day period.
  • Installment Payouts: If you win more than 10 000 € (or equivalent) the casino reserves the right to pay you in monthly installments of 10 000 € until the balance is cleared.

Gambling problem tools

In case of need to restrict gambling, there are few options in Coins.game.

You can make a restorative 24-hour break from casino games.

Also, self-exclusion is possible after the 24-hour cooldown. You can extend it for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, or permanently. The self-exclusion process is irreversible and cannot be changed by our team.

So, the basics are in order for Coins.game.

Red flags & Historical issues

Here are few additional things I found from the Coins.game T&C:

  • The 15-day lock: The Monitoring Service clause (9.4) allows the casino to hold funds for 15 business days for “verification,” which is significantly longer than the industry standard.
  • VPN forfeiture: The ability to seize all funds (including deposits) for VPN usage is a harsh penalty often used to justify withholding winnings.

Is Coins.game legit?

Based on my research and my opinion, no. Coins.game is a legally registered entity with an Anjouan license, which technically makes it legit from a regulatory standpoint. However, the Terms and conditions are heavily weighted in favor of the house.

The combination of the strict VPN ban, the 15-business-day verification window, and the 10 000 € monthly withdrawal cap makes this a High-Risk platform for high rollers. While it may be suitable for casual, small-stakes play, the Terms and Conditions scan reveals several trap doors that could be used to legally justify the confiscation of significant winnings.

Accounts are often blocked with the balance still inside according to Trustpilot and Bitcointalk. Support reportedly provides vague reasons, such as “multiple account detection” or “system inconsistencies,” without offering proof to the player. Based on the community sentiment of KYC traps and the restrictive nature of these documents, players should proceed with extreme caution.

The verification – By my wife Johanna

Well, my score landed higher than Jake’s. BUT: Jake has a larger sample that tells a clearer story. What I did find lines up with the review: withdrawal friction, KYC delays, and account blocks after wins.

Do I need to continue? Apparently yes: the 15-business-day fund freeze is a true story. Meaning that it’s a Terms of Service clause that legally allows the casino to sit on your money for weeks.

Trust the verdict: Players and Jake don’t recommend this casino, I 100% agree with them. More about Johanna here.

Tämä oli tässä.

Which means “this is it” in English. My review of Coins.game is done. If things change to a better way, I am happy to report that here. Until now, I would pick some other crypto casino than this.
