Hey! I’m Jake Saarijärvi, a former physics and mathematics teacher from Eastern Finland. Jake [ya-ke] is an old nickname of mine. Saarijärvi is a tweak of my real surname.
Trust is the core of Finnish society. Kids walk to school alone, front doors are left unlocked in the countryside, and our President really does take the tram every now and then. So, we are not just the happiest nation with low hierarchy, but the one who cherishes trust.
That’s why I’m here – for the trust. I’ve been teaching high-school kids for years, but have always been into tech. Cars, computers, games, and finally, cryptos. In the world of cryptos, trust is crucial and also the future of the currency.
In 2018, I became an affiliate marketer, as I wanted to combine my passion for tech, cryptos, and business. This is my site #2. The first one is no longer owned by me.
This time, I wanted to do things even better and take the trust further. I took the same analytical thinking I taught my students and applied it to casino reviews. I don’t just “look” at a casino. My AI scrapes thousands of comments from Reddit, analyzing sentiment to calculate a mathematically accurate Reddit Score.
So, I ask you to trust me, but trust the Redditors even more. My aim is to be objective, transparent, and make the crypto casino industry more sustainable with the help of my spouse, who is a bit of a corporate social responsibility geek and verifies all my reviews. You’ll get to know her as Johanna Saarijärvi on the reviews.
My promise to you
- Transparent data: You see what the AI sees.
- Zero fake reviews: If a casino scams players, my algorithm tanks their score immediately. This might not please some casinos, but so be it – they need to do better.
- Finnish honesty: Yes, I do make money from affiliate links and this site is my business, but I will never manual-edit a score to please a casino.

Meet my wife
My wife, Johanna verifies all my reviews. In fact, she has done more than that. When I left my previous affiliate site behind years ago, she has been encouraging me to build another site that shakes the casino industry in a good way – by adding more objectivity and transparency.
Johanna is an entrepreneur working with communications and organizational development. When it comes to gambling and casinos, she’s a rookie. And that’s a plus, because she’s examining my site and content from a whole other perspective – like, having a sustainable mission and walking the talk in the reviews.
The verification – By wife
The verification is a real, independent process conducted by my wife, Johanna. She uses one of the most advanced generative AI tools available to run the same sentiment analysis on the same casino, but with a different tool. Basically, we do the analysis twice. We happen to be fans of totally different AI tools, which is a good thing, as the trustworthiness of the verification increases by that a lot.
Sometimes our scores differ slightly
Sample size and tool variation are usually the culprit. A different AI tool with a fresh search can surface a different set of comments from the same sources. So, the valid comment pool can differ even when the methodology is identical.
A larger comment pool smooths out the natural negativity bias of online feedback. A smaller sample tends to reflect community forum culture, where critical voices dominate.
What matters most is whether the core findings align. If both analyses independently flag the same points, trust the pattern.
The verification box made independently by my wife can be found on the bottom of each individual review. I have no control what she wants to say about each casino.
(Don’t tell her, but she is sometimes stubborn, and that’s a good thing here.)

I don’t track you in any way
I am not a big fan of the recent state of internet, where everything is tracked and optimized to the maximum. I do things differently on my site.
- You are anonymous here. I do not know who you are. I only use Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
- No Big Tech spying. There are absolutely zero Google Analytics scripts, Facebook Pixels running, or heatmaps tracking your mouse moves on this site.
- No cookie banner. Because I don’t use tracking cookies, I don’t need to annoy you with a consent pop-up. You are private by default.
- Transparency: This is an affiliate site. If you click a link to a casino, they most probably will track you.
